Meet the Agent: Suzie Elliott
Meet the Agent: Suzie Elliott – Building Dreams, One Home at a Time
At Olympic Sotheby's International Realty, our agents bring diverse backgrounds and unique expertise to the table. Today, we’re thrilled to introduce Suzie Elliott, whose deep roots in the South Sound area and extensive experience in construction make her an invaluable resource for clients navigating the real estate market.
From Building to Real Estate: A Natural Fit
Born and raised in Tumwater, Suzie married her high school sweetheart and together, they’ve raised two sons while running their construction company, Northwest Finest General Contracting, LLC, for over 27 years.
“I’ve always loved the design aspect of homes and the joy of seeing families move into spaces we’ve created or remodeled,” Suzie shares. It was a natural step for her to pursue real estate once her children had grown. “Getting my real estate license allowed me to expand my skill set and integrate it with our construction business. It’s been the perfect addition—helping clients reimagine spaces and prepare homes for the market.”
Suzie’s passion for construction and real estate is a unique combination. Whether it’s guiding sellers through the process of readying their homes for market or helping buyers envision the potential in a fixer-upper, her expertise shines through.
Community Connections: A Love for Local Neighborhoods
When it comes to neighborhoods, Suzie holds a special place in her heart for Littlerock, where she was born and raised, and where her family created lifelong memories.
“Littlerock is a tight-knit community with generations of families living there,” she explains. “It’s the kind of place where neighbors come together for events like Winter Fest, which has been a tradition for 76 years. It’s a truly special part of the Littlerock community.”
Suzie also has a soft spot for Packwood, a charming ski town at the base of White Pass where her parents own a home. Whether skiing in the winter or exploring breweries, shops, and the annual flea market, Packwood offers a perfect getaway.
Beyond the Office: Hobbies and Hidden Gems
When she’s not helping clients or managing the construction business, Suzie enjoys skiing in Packwood with her husband, playing golf, wine tasting, and working on investment properties.
Being a Thurston County local, Suzie has no shortage of recommendations for those visiting the area. One of those is Nocturnal Hound, a cozy wine bar in Tumwater. She’s also a fan of Johnson’s Meats, a butcher and deli with outdoor seating and live music in the summer, and Lady of the Lake Restaurant, which offers romantic waterside dining and paddle boat rentals on Offutt Lake.
Helping Clients Invest in Their Future
For Suzie, the most rewarding part of real estate is helping clients invest in their future.
“It’s special to see people stop paying rent and purchase a home they can truly make their own,” she says. Suzie’s experience with home building sets her apart, providing clients with valuable insights into construction, permits, and DIY possibilities. “If someone loves DIY projects or is considering building, I’m the perfect partner to help them envision and execute their plans.”
Whether clients are relocating to be closer to family or investing in a home to suit their lifestyle, Suzie is committed to helping them find the right fit—not just in a house, but in a community.
