After completing my time as a Coug, I spent the next 42 years in banking at Heritage Bank, with an emphasis on real estate lending. I have have a particularly keen sense & insight when it comes to helping my clients prepare themselves for loan pre-approval. I have found great value in serving my community. I was a past president of the Olympia Host Lions, past president of South Sound YMCA, past president for Senior Services South Sound, past president of the Olympia Symphony Orchestra and involved with Olympia Downtown Association and Music in the Park, and currently volunteering in Little Red School House. At Heritage Bank, a local community bank with holds strong ties to Thurston County, I was Senior Vice President. What I bring to real estate and my clients is my knowledge and experience with working with general contractors and the building process along with knowledge of the lending and appraisal process. I believe strongly in customer service and making Thurston County a better place. Barb, Katie, and I as the Furman, Carter-Kennedy Group with Olympic Sotheby's International Realty, we pride ourselves in always working and being available for our clients.
