Married to Shawni, Jim is a proud father to Charli Ann and Peyton. In 2004, Jim was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Olympia/Thurston County Association of Realtors, a testament to his dedication and expertise. In 2005, he established Greene Realty Group and has since led the firm with a commitment to high-quality transactions and personalized service. Jim, as the owner and designated broker of Greene Realty, actively supports his team in delivering superior client care and meticulous attention to detail. Most recently, Jim converted Greene Realty Group to Olympic Sotheby's International Realty. Jim's leadership extends beyond his business achievements. He has served as the Local Director of the Olympia/Thurston County Association of Realtors and remains an active member of various real estate associations including the Washington Association of Realtors and NWMLS Forms Committee. Additionally, Jim has contributed to his community as a past board member of the Community Foundation, South Puget Sound Community College Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of Thurston County, and Griffin Schools Foundation.
